The crocus sativus flower has three crimson red styles coming out from its center. After being dried and crushed, these styles make a spice that is widely used in middle-eastern gastronomy: Saffron. We use to candle to share the aroma of this incredible plant. It includes essential oils of tonka bean, patchouli, pomelo, cacao, and jasmine.
